A JESH committee is responsible for the two-stage selection process:
1. Pre-selection including a check of the formal criteria
2. Review by international experts. At least one meaningful expert opinion is obtained for each application.
The decision to award the JESH scholarships will be based on the reviews and the reports of the respective committee members.
Applicants have no recourse to legal action.
